Our Team

Andrew Kuzma, A native of western Pennsylvania, Andrew is a graduate of Elizabeth Forward High School and the University of Pittsburgh. He earned a law degree from Duquesne University. Andrew practices in southwestern Pennsylvania specializing in elder law, personal injury, municipal law, and civil litigation. He represents seven municipal bodies and regularly appears before the Allegheny and Washington County Courts of Common Pleas. He currently serves a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing approximately 65,000 people in the Mon Valley and South Hills of Pittsburgh. He serves on four Pennsylvania House committees this legislative session: Local Government, Professional Licensure, Game and Fisheries, and Community Development. He previously served for six years on the Elizabeth Township Board of Commissioners, one of which he served as President. He has been featured on national news for legislation he introduced in the Pennsylvania General Assembly banning Tianeptine, known as "Gas Station Heroin." This legislation is aimed at saving lives and fighting the drug epidemic. Andrew resides in Elizabeth Township with his wife, Hannah, and their daughter, Natalie Mae.

Michele Tritschler, is a life-long resident of Finleyville, Union Township, PA.  She is the Paralegal with Kuzma Law Group and has over 40 years of legal experience in the personal injury, wills, estates, trusts, and real estate fields.   Michele manages the office,  as well as handles all administrative duties, including payroll, billing, receivables and payables.  She is a graduate of Bradford Business School  and then went on to obtain her paralegal certificate at Robert Morris College.   Michele also is a very proud “Grammie” of one and is an independent travel agent who loves to travel in her spare time.

Hannah Kuzma, serves as business manager of Kuzma Law Group. She earned bachelor's degree in science and previously worked as a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Nurse, specializing in infants between one and two pounds. That occupation has given her the ability to aid in the emotional needs of clients, when they are in a difficult situation

Louis Chomas, is Of-Counsel to Kuzma Law Group. He practiced law in our current office for over 40 years. He has extensive knowledge of civil litigation, family law, and elder law. He regularly appears in Orphans' Court Matters, and is vital to Kuzma Law Group. Louis resides in Elizabeth Township, with his wife, Linda.
